My name is Dr. Madlen Cassidy.
I’m a Senior Counselling Psychologist with ten years of experience working therapeutically, based in Glasgow (City Centre and Southside).
I can help you find new ways of accepting, letting go, and becoming. So you can lead a more fulfilled life, attuned to your circumstances and potential.
Meeting myself and others with more compassion, less fear, less shame, less guilt… that is what I aim to do, every day a little more….
My work is grounded in reflective and ethically considerate ways of being accepting, empathic, and congruent with who I am as a person and as a professional psychologist.
I can support you in becoming more self-aware to find ways of living that are aligned with your actual needs, wants, and realistic environmental or personal circumstances. I aim to help clients grow in self-acceptance, foster their sense of self-worth, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Most of all, I am human too, full of flaws and strengths, and I feel privileged to be able to sit with people who also would like to learn how to face themselves and others with honesty and kindness.
